Tubing pump
Sucker-rod deep-well pump for oil production
Description
The tubing-type sucker-rod deep-well pump is intended for artificial lift oil production and is installed as part of the tubing string. The pump cylinder is run together with tubing, forming an integrated assembly that provides higher system rigidity and better load resistance during operation.

Installation layout and operating principle
The pump consists of a cylinder and a plunger with valves. During the upstroke, suction is created and intake valves open, allowing fluid into the cylinder. During the downstroke, valves close and fluid is displaced into the lift tubing. The pump is installed directly in the tubing string. Unlike insert pumps, it has no anchor lock and is retrieved together with tubing during major well workover.
