Insert pump
Sucker-rod deep-well pump for oil production
Description
The insert-type sucker-rod deep-well pump is designed for oil production from operating wells and is installed inside the tubing string with locking support fixation. The pump design allows running and pulling operations without tubing retrieval, which significantly reduces workover time and cost.
Technical specifications
| Parameter | Value |
|---|---|
| Nominal pump diameter, mm | 27-57 |
| Plunger stroke length, mm | 3800-6100 |
| Flow rate (at S=3 m, n=4 strokes/min), m3/day | up to 120 |
| Maximum running depth, m | up to 2000 |
| Operating pressure, MPa | up to 10 |
| Pumped fluid temperature, °C | up to +130 |
| Warranty service life, months | 12 |
Layout and operating principle
The pump consists of a cylinder, a plunger with valves, and locking components. During the upstroke, suction is created, intake valves open, and fluid enters the cylinder. During the downstroke, valves close and fluid is displaced into the lift tubing.
